RoundRect Privacy Policy

This policy covers roundrect.download, the website of RoundRect Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). It does not cover any app.

In short

• We do not collect anything about you through this site. There is no analytics script, no advertising, no cookies of our own, no forms and no sign-up.
• Request logs exist at our host’s edge. The site is served through Cloudflare, so Cloudflare counts requests and keeps standard request logs under its own privacy policy. That is the only traffic count there is.
• We do not receive your email address unless you write to us.

The website

roundrect.download is a set of static pages with a blog and an Atom feed. The pages load one stylesheet from the same host and no scripts, fonts or images from anyone else. We set no cookies. Cloudflare, our host, may set a strictly necessary security cookie and processes requests on our behalf, including your IP address and browser details, as part of serving and protecting the site.

We see request counts only in the aggregate that Cloudflare shows the site owner. We do not link them to you.

The blog and the Atom feed

The blog is public. Reading it or fetching the feed does not require an account. A feed reader fetches the feed from our host in the same way as any other request, and we do not know which reader you use or who you are.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by writing to privacy@roundrect.download. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to answer you. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Australia, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Children

This site is for developers and Mac users and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its date. If we add anything that collects data, such as analytics or a sign-up form, we will say so here first.
